Service Description

For all wedding packages booked with Abbate Entertainment, we do everything possible to ensure that the special couple smiles and loves their special day! By following a custom planning process for each couple and their family, we minimize planning stress and set up bringing the vision of your event to life. We’ll meet in person to prepare and discuss wedding logistics, build out the proper format for your wedding music entertainment, reception introductions, music and lighting requirements, and any other particular needs that the client may have. Our staff also connects with the venue, the wedding planner (if applicable), and photographer, in order to coordinate the client’s vision for the event. ● No time restrictions! We only book one event per day. The date you book is yours and only yours. We will work within your schedule. ● Unlimited phone or in-person meetings to help build out your wedding day vision. On average, we typically meet with couples in person at least once around 2 to 3 months from the date, and then again a few weeks before. But, we are happy to help with planning at any point. ● Ceremony: Coordination, music, and mic setup if needed ● Cocktail Hour & Reception: Standard DJ setup, music, and emceeing for intros, dances, etc. ● Lighting: If you have a need for any lights, we have a number of included options that work well in any atmosphere. ● Up-lighting - Professional multi-color LED wash lights that can be placed anywhere in the room ● Custom lighted monograms ● Professional DJ Booth w/white or lighted (any color) front fascia ● Professional disco, moving spot, laser, and multi colored wash lighting ● Blacklights and other options are also available upon request

Cancellation Policy

In consideration for the services provided, Client agrees to pay DJ the total fee for services rendered by check, credit (via Square) or by cash. A non-refundable deposit, defined by the event booking category, is due at time of booking. Booking of the requested date is not final until the event deposit and approved contract are received by DJ. The remaining balance must be paid on or before the day of the event. All checks should be made payable to Abbate Entertainment Group, LLC. Failure to pay the balance due on the date of the event to DJ will subject Client to a $100.00 late fee plus interest at the rate of 5% per month on the unpaid amount.
